No Smoking Policy
This is a totally NON-SMOKING property. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property – inside or outside. That applies to the entire property and all tenants and guests.
Pet Policy
- Small dogs allowed under 30 lbs (subject to landlord discretion)
- 2 dogs per unit
- No cats
- Must clean up after pets
- No pets left outside unattended
- Pets must be on a leash outside
- Try to not let dogs over bark
- Additional pet fee will apply

- First month rent and security deposit due when lease is signed.
- Rent due on the 1st of the month.
- Late fee will apply after 5 days
- Returned check fee will be charged
- Leases will be for 1 year terms
- No parking boat, RV, construction, or work trailers or vehicles
- Limit of 2 vehicles per unit
