If you wish to rent a Townhome or Villa please follow these instructions:
- Email us using the form on this page.
- We will respond with a lease application and credit report form.
- Once we get the forms back from you, we will schedule an interview.
- If all goes well, we will email a standard lease agreement.
- Once the lease is signed, we will collect the security deposit and first month’s rent.
- Finally, we will schedule a date for you to get your keys and move into your new Townhome or Villa in Jensen Beach.
We are happy to arrange an on-site meeting for anyone that wishes to tour the property. Banyan Shores is located at: 4220 NE Indian River Drive Jensen Beach, Florida. Get directions.
